Construction :

The unit is a double walled chamber, with glass wool / PUF insulation. Interior is made of Stainless Steeland Exterior is either made of Mild Steel finished in powder coating paint (powder coating on both sides of the mild steel) or Stainless Steel. The unit has full-length inner glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket and lock. The unit is provided with perforated Stainless Steel trays. Forcedair circulation for uniform temperature. PU wheels for easy move ability.

Intelligent Control System :

The controlling system having is PLC Base and PC communication on Ethernet and data acquisition system complying with 21 CFR Part 11

Heating System :

Long lasting stainless steel tubular heaters with s.s. fins.

Humidity System :

Humidity is by steam injection. Humidity system consist of boiler tank, which is fitted with two nos. of boiler heaters, one heater works as a stand by and automatic switch over to stand by heater if regular fails and give alarm.A water reservoir tank is connected to the boiler tank. DM water is preferred. A magnetic float switch provided for safety for boiler low level to cut off the its supply.

Sensor :

Temperature and Humidity transmitter 4-20mA used for measurement. Temperature in degree Celsius and Humidity in %RH with 0.1°C and 0.1%RH resolution.

Cooling System :

CFC free, the cooling system consists of hermetically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safe guarded by time delay circuit. Refrigerant 134A.

Alarms :

Audio and visual alarms are generated for temperature / humidity variation, utility failure.

Safety :

The unit is provided with safety devices for temperature, and humidity over shoot in case of malfunction.

Sensor :

When controlling sensor fails it automaticallyswitch over to standby sensor.


The unit works on 230 Volts AC and 50Hz mains supply.

OPTIONALS :

  • Stand by Cooling System (Auto Switch Over). The whole cooling system can be provided as standby. The stand by system comes in operational automatically with alarm when problem with regular cooling system is detected.
