| CONSTRUCTION : |

The unit is a double walled chamber, with PUF insulation. Interior
is made of stainless steel and Exterior is either made of Mild
Steel finished in powder coating paint or Stainless Steel. The
unit has double wall metal door with gasket. The unit is provided
with perforated Stainless Steel trays for sample Mounting.

| INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM : |

The controlling system having is PLC Base and PC communication
on Ethernet and data acquisition system complying with
21 CFR Part 11. Forced air circulation for uniform temperature,
Safety thermostat, Hermetically sealed compressor, with electronic
time delay to safe gaurd compressor.

| SENESOR : |
|
Temperature transmitter 4-20mA used for measurement. Temperature
in degree Celsius with 0.1°C resolution.

| COOLING SYSTEM : |
|
CFC free, the cooling system consists of hermetically sealed compressor
coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safe guarded by time
delay circuit. Refrigerant 134A.

| ALARMS
: |
|
Audio and visual alarms are generated for temperature variation,
utility failure.
|
| SAFETY
: |
|
The unit is provided with safety devices for temperature over shoot
in case of malfunction.

| STANDBY
SENSOR : |
|
When controlling sensor fails it automaticallyswitch over to standby
sensor.
|
The unit works on 230 Volts AC and 50Hz mains supply. |
